This sake has an extraordinary rice polish rate of 90%, which is the same as eating rice. This is very rare in sake products. With almost unpolished rice, it presents a raw ricetaste with rich texture. Typically serves best for Chinese cuisines.
We use chilled packs to preserve temperature as much as possible for delivery.
90%精米度與食用米一樣,入口較辛辣,適合配濃味的中菜,打邊爐送酒也是一流。
