About Hikami Seishu
Located in Oku-Izumo, a mountainous town at the foot of the Chogoku mountain range, it has the perfect geological location for sake brewery with mountain spring water and Nitta Rice cultivation. Nanakamba is named after the horse owned by the relatives of the owner, which won seven first-tier horse racing trophies in Japan.
