About Ishikoshi Jozo
Traditionally Sake brewed in Miyagi is extremely rare outside the prefecture and even in
Tokyo it is difficult to find. Established in 1920 in Tome-city of northern Miyagi, it has one of the best soils for rice growing and water system from the Kurikoma mountain range. Sake concierge now brings the mysterious treasure and we are now ahead of many Japanese to make the very localized ji-zake on the table!
