Made with Gohyakumangoku Junmai sake as a base, brewed together with tomato and basil to evoke the flavour of a Margherita pizza.
The sake yeast, combined with tomato and basil, creates a sensation reminiscent of red wine or brandy.

About Sake Sommelier Association
On the shores of Lake Fukushima, Lagoon Brewery, a tiny sake brewery was established in 2021.
For many years, obtaining a new licence to produce sake had become practically impossible due to legal requirements.
In the spring of 2021, a regulatory relaxation finally allowed the issuance of new sake production licences, albeit with conditions.
The condition was that the sake could only be produced for export overseas.
This results in a unique lineup as another licence allowed the brewery to sell other brewed liquor other than Nihonshu (Sake).
